The location here is awesome! You're just steps away from a restaurant and a cool department store that even has a restaurant inside 🛍️.

Reasonably priced and luxury hotel in an unbeatable position to the Cordova International Bridge otherwise known as the free bridge. Location not far from a restaurant, pharmacy, book store, perfume shop, bakery and candy store, and Ciudad Juarez for two weeks now.

During my stay there was an altercation between the guests in the room next to mine. It started at midnight and approximately ended with the shouting and other noises they made. I called the front desk several times, they were unable to control the uncomfortable guests. hotel reacted to my complaint by giving me a free breakfast, I appreciate, I think it's important that they take action in these circumstances and not be so soft on this type of violent person. I don't know exactly what the reason for the argument was, at some point I was afraid that the woman would be physically harmed. They need to do a safety protocol for cases of GBV. On the other hand. I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bathroom: there was hair stuck to the ceiling and wall, I reported it the first day. they didn't listen until the second day I reported it again, Also. I think that the bed and pillows are not correct to take care of the correct position of the spine, They need to consider that change so that people who have injuries or aftermath of an accident can rest.

The rooms with a king bed are nicely designed, with great food served in a prime location near the Centro.

Immigration hardships lessened by all the good in this place.

The location was comfy and magnificent, right by a fancy department store and the Cordova International Bridge. The staff was genuinely helpful - we would go back in a flash.

The rooms were bright and a nice size with feather pillows. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel has a great location close to a Sanborn's store and a really good restaurant.

The Front Desk clerks were very nice & helpful. The inside of the hotel was nice. I requested for additional towels and the staff were very accommodating. I recommend this hotel :-)

No air conditioning thermostat in the room (at least I never found one and I didn't see an AC unit by the window). The shower faucet took a bit of figuring out, but it was great once you got it going. I also suggest putting complimentary coffee and a coffee maker in the rooms.

The staff is very pleasant and they did everything possible to accommodate our stay. Very pleasant staff. Transportation driver was excellent and extremely professional.

wifi would go out a couple of times but always came back. Longest time we were without wifi was 3 hrs

My favorite property in Ciudad Juarez. Efficient and especially helpful staff. Clean and luxurious hotel. Convenient and magnificent location - near the Sanborn's store with a really good restaurant and shops. Fast check-in and late check-out. Easy parking onsite.
